光學追蹤感測器

The Optical Track Sensor (OTS) is an exciting product family of PixArt. With its great surface detection capabilities, PixArt’s OTS products has so far been deployed in printing media, digital rotary tracking, smart device control and robot navigation applications to help improving their performance outcomes.
 
Considering that each application could have distinct sensory needs, PixArt has derived its OTS product line into four key product focuses: high accuracy, high speed, low-power and wide coverage of surface materials. For example, a printer utilizing the accuracy-focused OTS models (PMJ9100S1, PAJ9100S2 & PAT9102DM-T4QU) could benefit from precise paper alignment in professional business printing (with lowest error rate of ±0.015mm over 25mm travel distance), while a printer exploiting speed-focused models (PMT9101DM-T2QU & PAT9130EW-TKMT) could reach a speed as high as 150ips with the ability to detect the presence of paper edges, materials and pictures. In consumer applications, our small form factor, low-power consuming models (PAT9125EL-TKMT/TKIT & PAT9126JA-TKIT) is able to reach a high 2000cpi resolution with merely 0.5mA of current usage. Whereas for surface tracking, a functionality that is gaining importance in servicing robot applications to detect different surface materials (i.e. floor surface), our PAA5100JE-Q and PAA5101EW-M models could handle the painstaking tasks by detecting and distinguishing various surface materials while in motion, including carpets, granite, tiles, wooden floor and highly glossy tiles.
