Product Engineer (Open to Fresh Graduates)

Roles & Responsibilities
● Define the characterization tests for products to ensure full coverage of their performance and quality before release
● Responsible for the characterization of products to ensure they meet published specs on the Datasheet and ensure timely delivery of results
● Work closely with diverse teams to understand newly developed products from start to release, aligning with project milestones
● Develop and define new product test plans and test limits to ensure full test coverage
● Responsible for generating golden units and production testers' buyoff
● Perform in-house product testing to meet customer sample requirements
● Handle customer returns by performing electrical analysis and failure analysis within specific turnaround times
● Responsible for root cause analysis of low-yield issues in production
● Apply engineering knowledge and troubleshooting techniques to solve problems related to hardware, software, and products, and propose feasible, innovative solutions
Experience
Open to All Types of Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Higher
Field of Study
Major in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Equivalent
Job Requirements
● Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
● Knowledgeable in statistical tools such as Minitab and Excel charts
● Knowledgeable in CMOS and mixed-signal circuits
● Knowledge in C++ and Matlab programming will be an added advantage
● Knowledge in script writing for data processing
● Passionate about discovering more in the field of optical navigation
● Strong analytical skills required, along with good report writing and presentation skills

Hybrid, 5 Days a Week
