Corporate Sustainability Committee

PixArt Imaging Inc. drafted the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy in 2020 and established the CSR Committee to implement the company's corporate social responsibility management system. The President serves as the Chairman of the CSR Committee, and the Director-General is responsible for supervising and implementing CSR and RBA-related affairs (the committee was renamed as Corporate Sustainability Committee in 2021).

In response to the “Corporate Governance 3.0- Sustainable Development Blueprint” promoted by the FSC, the company renamed the “Corporate Social Responsibility Policy” and “CSR Committee” to the Sustainability Policy and Corporate Sustainability Committee (CSC) to align with general international trends and practices in 2021.
