Capacitive Touch
The capacitive touch technology, which some of relevant patents and IP have been transferred from Avago and thereafter acquired by PixArt since 2012, is aimed to deliver highly intuitive and interactive touch-input interfaces. From the laptop trackpads to the advanced touch remotes/gamepads, and now the eye-widening touch mice and TOK (Touch-on-Keyboard) hybrid solutions, we are making every creative ideas possible through our quality and well-supported capacitive touch products.
PixArt's CFN products are known for its delicate tracking capability, low latency/high report rate, low power consumption, and most importantly, resistance towards undesirable real life situations. In fact, we have incorporated various design support and behavioral-assistant features such as water resistance, DPR (Dynamic Palm Rejection), ultra-high sensitivity (for up to 3mm-thick cover) and great noise immunity.
In order to meet Windows drive free requirement, PixArt CFN solution are fully Windows PTP compliant and support multiple interfaces such as HID-I2C, SMBUS and PS2. To further accommodate our customer’s innovative design ideas, we also provide highly customizable models such as curved cover, hollow and non-rectangular sensors.
