All of our employees are employed voluntarily and may terminate their employment relationship at own discretion. We show our commitment in human rights through the continuous effort in creating a safe and friendly working environment.

Our Human Rights Policy, as derived from the above conventions, is formulated to protect the fundamental human rights of our employees and to ensure that they are treated with equality and respect. This policy shall apply to PixArt, our subsidiaries and overseas operating bases.
